Executive Committee
Executive Committee consists of managing director and head of
sections, determines internal policy, procedures, rules in
accordance with ParsPM's strategic plan. In addition
coordinating between disciplines for performing their duties in
portfolio, program and multi-discipline projects is
responsibility of Executive Committee. Member of Executive
Committee are as follows:

Disciplines
ParsPM committed to bring better solutions to client needs
therefore uses matrix organization for implementation its
project. Matrix organization is an attempt to combine the
advantages of the pure functional structure and the product
organizational structure. This form is identically suited for
companies, such as ParsPM, that are “project-driven”.
Our Organization divided into 6 disciplines which carry out
their duties under supervision of Executive Committee. In this
manner Conflicts are minimal, key personnel can be shared and
the project cost is optimized.
In our organization each project has its own project manager
which reports directly to the CEO.
ParsPM's aim is to accomplish projects more effective and
efficient. Consequently mobilize skilled people and provide
required diverse expertise for implementation of project.

Dept. :
ParsPM offers a comprehensive set of
training courses of all Project Management aspect
included related software. Our policy is to provide training
upon the specific needs of the organization seeking the service
and carry out the training by highly knowledgeable instructors
with academic backgrounds who are well-qualified and have
practical experience in the field. To
allow users with many different levels of experience to take
advantage of training, topics range from basic to advanced
level. The courses usually are held in client's
organization and comply with clients' requirement of services.

Management Dept. :
Risks are probable conditions or events in projects which cause
negative or positive impact on project goals. ParsPM risk
management dept. established to help clients manage their risks
and opportunities. We are proud to say that ParsPM is the first
Iranian company that implements risk management in accordance
with PMBOK standard.
Risk Management services is performing under supervision of
Rasoul Abdolmohammadi.

Management Dept. :
For most project managers, controlling the cost of a project may
be at least as important as controlling the schedule.
To help
clients to manage their project cost efficiently, ParsPM provide
services giving project managers
maximum flexibility to set up cost control systems. Our
Cost control dept. performs all process in cost management
system in accordance with PMBOK standard such as planning,
budgeting and controlling project cost.

Information Systems Dept. :
ParsPM provides solutions for improving Client's information
systems. With the ability of its experts, ParsPM is able to
design and Implement Operational Systems, Management Information

Re-Engineering. Using of databases such as SQL and network
programming, this company provides integrated applicable
softwares.
